Admission Form

• Seek an appointment with Little Angel’s helpdesk.
  At the appointed time and date, the student, student’s parents, and all applicable documents need to be brought along while submitting the completed application form at Little Angels.
  The student will be assessed by our team of professionals, following which the admission process will be furthered.
• Pre-requisites for admission
• Minimum permissible age is 5 years.
  Compulsory minimum one month observational period for children with ADD, ADHD, LD, FragileX, Autistic, Behavioral Disorder & SL. Admission is subject to availability and functioning skills, which will be formally assessed by our team of professionals. Functioning skills have to be in sync with the group within which the child seeks admission.
