Excercises like Yoga, Taekwondo, Zumba dance that combines body movement, mental focus and controlled breathing to improve strength, balance, flexibility and overall health. Along with these we also have physical training skating, basketball, Tabla also is an activity which increases body awarness & kinaesthetic development; it helps students develop graceful coordination and self-control. Playing rhythms improves listening skills and increases children and teens’ ability to focus for extended periods of time.
